... You can depend on us for Aircraft Charter Security

As of April 1, 2003, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) implemented an enhanced air transportation security program.  This program mandates new security notification procedures for all aircraft charter operators.  The enhanced procedures include:

Mandatory adult passenger ID's

24-hour advance passenger list screening

Background checks on all crew members

Security training for all ground handlers

Firearms must be inaccessible in flight

For your safety and security, Aero Air has the following procedures in place:

At the time of booking, client furnishes Aero Air with all passenger names, dates of birth, country of origin and a form of government issued I.D.  This must be received 24 hours prior to departure.  Aero Air will not activate a flight until this information is furnished.

At the time of aircraft boarding, all passengers must furnish valid government issued photo identification.  Approved identification includes passports, driver's licenses or other valid governmental identification photo.

Aero Air, LLC reserves the right to inspect all carry-on bags or luggage prior to boarding and to abort the flight if the foregoing conditions are not met.

These procedures have been implemented to insure the safety of our passengers and flight crew.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.  Please contact us for further information.
