AVIONICS MANAGER
Job Description: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Avionics Department. Responsible for the fiscal management, including strategic planning, budgeting and expenses, as well as the management and development of the Avionics staff. Assure quality avionics system installations, repairs and modifications to enhance company growth. Establishe realistic quotes to complete avionic system installs, repairs and modifications. Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of navigation, communication, autopilot and TAWS systems. Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Practical problem solver with multiple variables. Must be able to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
1. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
2. Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities.
3. Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Computer Operations: Proficient personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet. CAD experience is preferred.
Certificate, Licenses & Registrations: A FCC license is required. Any certificated school training is a plus.

FULL-TIME - LINE SERVICE TECH.
Job Description: Marshall aircraft into position, wing-walk, tug and fuel various types of aircraft, load and unload baggage/cargo to and from aircraft, service lavatory for waste disposal, furnish ground service functions, greet and serve clients, up-sell services and fuel, clean exterior and interior of aircraft and vehicles, facility and mechanical maintenance as needed.
Qualifications: Must have strong customer service skills, be self-motivated, task oriented, able to multi-task, take direction, and have impeccable follow-through. Excellent attendance and punctuality with professional appearance is required. Candidates need a valid Driver's License, have a good driving record and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Aviation experience and pre-memployment drug screening required.

Job Description: Permanent, full time airframe and powerplant mechanics and inspectors with experience on Twin Commander, Westwind, Astra, Gulfstream, Falcon, Lear 35 and other established product lines. Candidates with experience or equivalent experience in corporate aircraft maintenance, avionics and interior modifications will be considered.
Qualifications: A & P license and three years experience required. Factory training preferred but not required. Must be computer proficient.
Duties and Responsibilities: Performs all airframe, power plant and propeller repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements. Performs routine inspections and troubleshooting. Operates all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments. Completes all required maintenance records. Accurately records time worked on a work order. Performs other aircraft maintenance work as my be required.

FLIGHT OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
FLIGHT CREW POSITIONS (various)
Aero Air is not currently hiring for flight crew positions.
However, positions may become available with short notice. We accept resumes which remain on file for 90 days. We
are generally seeking professional flight crew members with
pilot qualifications and experience to match need, which
are typically:
Large jet captains: All appropriate ratings; 4,000+
hours TT, 500 in type
Small or medium jet captains: All appropriate
ratings, 3,500+ TT, 250+ in type.
Turboprop captains: Prefer same as small jet captain
qualifications, but minimum 2000+ TT, 250+ turboprop.
Flight attendants: History of employment in service industry, FACTS training (not required to be current) or airline training.
