Aero Air Named Twin Commander Service Center of the Year

TC_SC_symp_10 073-web.jpgTwin Commander has given Aero Air the Platinum Service Center of the Year Award for 2009. Awarded each year to an authorized service center, Twin Commander chooses the service center with the best performance and customer service that year to receive the honor.

Aero Air has received the award in the past, but is especially proud they were able to serve their customers well even in the dismal economic climate of 2009. "We worked hard to make sure our customers never felt a reduction in quality or in service, and still were able to pay a fair price" says Kevin McCullough, President.
Aero Air supports their Twin Commander customers as an Authorized Service Center for maintenance and avionics, and by providing the largest inventory of Twin Commander Parts in the country. 
Aero Air has over thirty years experience as a service center, and is the west coast leader in maintenance, avionics installations, interior refurbishments and other upgrades and changes. "We work with our operators to customize their aircraft for their needs, and if it doesn't exist out there, we can get as creative as possible to make sure the customer is happy" says Ken Molczan, long time Commander sales representative.
The Parts Department at Aero Air serves more Commander operators than any other service center. Our knowledgeable staff, Nick Freeman and Austin Lynch, works with operators to make sure they get the parts they need as soon as possible. Aero Air guarantees the best price available, and will work to source any other parts we don't have in stock. 
Aero Air is also the only supplier of Hartzell Q Tip propellers, and offers free installation with any set purchased.
